Ticket Policies

• If you have purchased a General Admission, Ammunition Wine Live Pit, or Garrison Brothers Live Fest™ Club ticket(s), you will receive your Print-At-Home ticket(s) or Mobile ticket(s) via email thirty (30) days before the event. You will receive a confirmation email once your transaction is complete and has been processed in our system.
• An email will be sent to you thirty (30) days before the event that will include a button that states “View Tickets”. If you are on a desktop computer, this will open to a PDF Ticket to print out. If you are on a mobile device, this will open as a mobile ticket that you can save to your device. 
• Each ticket will be scanned upon entry.
• We recommend that you store your printed ticket in a secure location. Unauthorized duplication of these tickets will prohibit your entry into the event.
• Please note: the purchaser’s name is shown on the PDF Ticket. Tickets may be used by the ticket holder even when the name on the PDF Ticket is not of the ticket purchaser.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL – no refunds and no exchanges
• Ticket prices subject to change
• A general admission ticketed adult can bring up to 2 children under 10 for free (This does not apply to VIP ticket purchases.)
• Lineup subject to change
• Every attendee must have a ticket to enter the festival grounds
• Photo ID is required for any will call pick up
